[ADD][MISC]Video Codec: ffmpeg (DIVX) [DONE/DENIED]

Please, add that codec. ffmpeg is [relatively] new MPEG4-compliant video codec. It's fast and gives very good results. At least it's way better than DivX5.

I used to rip DVDs with it.

if it is mpeg4 compilant just use MPG4 as codec.

DivX is also MPEG4-compliant codec.

I meant it's another codec, not DivX clone, developer did it from scratch but ffmpeg is compatible with DivX/XviD. BTW, it encodes with fourcc DIVX by default.
