adding new files from known files list

it would be really useful to add a new file from the client, not the webpage. most fields would be filled automatically, like size, checksums etc. ^^

It'll be added sometime, right now I'm trying to figure out proper rules for it so people won't start adding all their corrupt files so we end up with 20000 "new" 1 user files.
