[CGI] release date lost when editing a file [FIXED]

every time I'm editing a file (like adding CRC), the db forgets the release date for that file. afaik that also happens when the normal users request a change.

btw. what about an anime calendar, which lists all eps released on day X (kinda like envirosphere or baka updates) ? a lot of people are adding the release dates, so it might be a nice feature
