Lost POST-contents (random) [FIXED... i guess]

This may be an error in my setup, but just in case it's not, I'll leave the description of it here:

I opened the edit-page for a file, changed some values and submitted it. Instead of being directed to the "successfully added file"-page, I got the main page without any additional error-message, the URL was of course "http://anidb.ath.cx/perl-bin/animedb.pl".
Lafiel didn't show any edit-message, so indeed nothing happened.

However, after using the reload-function (which re-submitted the same POST-contents) without changing anything inbetween, I got the expected "successfully added file"-page.

This had happened before with another file-edit the day before in one of ~30 edits (using the same browser).

Somewhat related (maybe) bug - I often get "aid missing" when adding aliases for anime, even several errors in a row if I try pressing "Reload" or "Back" and clicking "ADD" again.
