As I heavily use my browser history and have many pages open at once while editing, it would be great if the current anime / episode / file on display would appear in the page title. Much easier to locate the browser instance / tab you are looking for and handy to find the page you were at some moments ago in the browser history. All those "::AniDB.Net:: by AnimeReactor" aren't that helpful
That feature wouldn't increase the DB load as that info is already used as the content of the page, just would mean a minor editing job on the script itself. Maybe you could integrate that bit by bit over time when you edit the pages for other reasons.
