excluse anime server list..!? [DENIED]

Post by hankY »

hi,

first of all NICE page :)

i wonder if its possible to adda servers-page, exclusive for 60%++ anime-shareing user-servers. I heard its easier to come by releases on those servers...

hope that im the first asking for that.... didn't want to check all posts here :) *hurry*

another thing i could imagine: something like a download pack :)

a linked list of all releases, for "offline" use. should be easy to create it, hum ? :) (in php it defenately is)

Hi :)

If you talk about servers, I guess you refer to edonkey-servers. At least for me, there's only one anime-server (gmni's ^^) whose adress would be placed best in an FAQ or a "getting started"-guide. Those two are somewhat on todo...

By the way, since you were in a hurry, please tell me if the Request overview would have helped you -- in it's current form of it it needs some kind of structure ;)

Offline? What is offline? ^^
I don't know exactly what you could do with such a list. If it's about downloading, you can get a list of all the files for an anime (search name x -> click "all: (+)" [example]) and click all the entries you want on your own - or you use the "export ed2k links"-feature and get a (non-clickable) list of all the links [example] - but neither do I know any client that could use such a list, nor is it filtered and thus includes all files per ep.

The best way to add all links (to your ed2k-client) in an automated manner would involve JavaScript and that would be the first script on the entire page and would reduce compatibility...[although there could also be a weird script-free multi-frame http-refresh-way ]
Finally, EXP is against an sr-like-download ("DENIED :P" he said ^^) - so if you really want such a feature you'd have to explain the advantadges to convince him ;)

lol, hey :D

anime-servers: indeed, ed2k servers... i know about 3..:P wow!

about offline: well ,ed2k offline is not very usefull. i just thought about a dl-packed for upcoming times, i guess that anidb is getting slow (traffic, too many users.).

users could have to change to have rather quick offline/local access to the database and they could add files to ed2k as well.

my english suxx a bit, so i'll be unable to impress EXP hrhr :D

well,

I think what you're getting at is more or less our idea of what the anidb client could be used for. (fast offline access to the anidb and queue'ing of requests)
Unfortunatly the anidb client project isn't making that much progress ATM. Feel free to drop by in #animereactor-cgi @ irc.aniverse.com maybe you can help out :P
