[REQ] Descriptions for genres [DONE]

I'm pretty sure there are people at anidb what don't know what a few of the genres mean, especially newbs. It would be nice if the genre page lists a brief description of each genre. I guess this could be done by either by having a ? by each genre, or simply listing the genres in a verticle column, with descriptions next to each genre.

I think this is part of the various genre-related feauture requests, namely genre ratings or percentages, genre voting, genre CREQs, and so on, and so on.

There are many genres I just don't know...

Descriptions would be great!
