CHII: Changing State [DONE]

I always have to change the State from the site which I have to re-hash the files over again to change them (Unless I go though the trubble to select the files in the AnimeList (Which could take time)). So, Could you possibly add a command like !state so we can change it from IRC? IE.
!state [Series Ep#/ALL/UPTO]/[ED2K Link] [Unknown/CD/HDD/Deleted/Release/Shared]

Would it be possible to add a command for storage/source/comments also? (In Future)

Note: I'm talking about the "State" in your MyList for each file.
