this is my problem, I already voted for much more than 30 animes, and I was able to use anime hint before, but when I decided to cast a couple of votes for groups anime hint stopped functioning, saying that I need at last 30 votes in order to use it.
Revoking the votes already casted to these groups wasn't useful in resolving the problem.

well,
this is a known "problem".
anime hint checks your stats to see how many votes you have cast so far. However every couple of hours (1-4h according to server load) at **:00 the user stats will be regenerated, this takes about 5minutes.
in that time you will not be able to use animehint.
so if you encounter this problem just wait a couple of minutes and try again.
