myvotes loses sort order when revoking [FIXED]

What the topic says. When you sort the myvotes list and revoke a vote, the sort order is lost since the revoke links don't contain the orderby and orderdir parameters.

The mylist does the same: When you update an anime or file (i.e. set the entire anime to "watched"), you always end up on page 1, regardless of which page the anime or file was on.
