[TITLE] Pita Ten

Post by rowaasr13 »

Where does "-" in title for http://anidb.info/a323 comes from? While script change is, indeed, in most cases is good indicator of word break, there's never any other separator between words, like minus, ten, santen or anything else in title in both anime and manga. Only place I've seen "-" is on english-language release covers, but should it be there just because of that?

Most likely it's a remnant from before there were clear rules for the anime title. Could always creq it. ;)

I believe even manga title is written Pita-Ten. Maybe it is good idea to verify many animes with dashes in it, however.

Only in english releases. In japanese I've only seen 「ぴたテン」 and nothing else.

The title in question is not the english title.

Just to be clear rows. what do you want to change it to? There are various format-hangovers in titles that could be altered quite happily.

Yeah, to just "Pita Ten", adding "Pita-Ten" as english title. There's CREQ up already.
