REQ: Adding a REQ Button into the Filelist [DENIED]

It would be usefull to add a REQ Button in the Filelist Menu ( or better in the Detailinformation of a Episode )...

To avoid abuse of such a Feature I also sugest:

- This can only be used from registrated Users.
- Maybe the use of this Feature is limited for above mentioned User ( Credit System from the Amount of added Files incl. Hashes, or a Formular wich uses the Userstatsinfos where the "Lamefactor" creates a hughe loss in Credits, etc.).

To let this Feature work the Users must be informed about such a Request

- Generating a PM with this Request send to all Users wich have those Files in the "Mylist" ( and maybe agreed to accept Requests for those Files ).
- Or/and puting a Page up where those Requests are posted including the Poster Name and the fiting Fileinfos.

Maybe as nice addon to this Feature a button for those who recive this Request where they tell "Request accepted/denied"

however it won't be implemented any time soon as the
anidb todo list is quite filled
