This file is actually from the ova series (http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?s ... e&aid=1225) not the tv series, as it has

- 28:25 runtime
- exactly the same scenes, op/ed/preview sequence, no eyecatch in the middle that occurred in the tv series (example- ep5-13)
- within the file it actually states that it uses Miyuki-no-Tamari's translation in the credits

The first 4 episodes are same as OVA

OVA or TV, there is no difference, so it doesn't matter. I already suggested a merge of the two, but it was denied.

there is a difference, the TV version is cutted to make the episode shorter and the OP/ED are distinct
