Unfinished/finished series

Hi, I'm a member of the AnimeTECH fansub, and I used the "mass add" feature to refresh our group's DB. But, when I added the entire Noir anime serie at once, its status still appeared as ongoing.
I would like to know if there's a way to change it manually, as I haven't discovered it yet, or if it is automatic, and some strange kind of bug happened.
Either way, help would be appreciated.

its automatic and happens every now and then. every night iirc.

I think it's more like every 3 days now. Don't take my word for it though.

and like with any stat in the db they get refreshed after every update which takes place
monday, wednesday and friday
