Play length is with or without the opening and ending songs?

For an episode (not a file), they require the playlength.
But should I give the raw playlength (with opening, ending, credits, bonus, ...) or just the real anime playlength ?

What if the episode was shown both on TV and DVD, one time with the opening/ending and one time without (or with different opening/ending, thus different length)?

the raw length, and it should have the length of its original source, if it was first aired on TV, then the length should be taken from air time

If episode length is 24:30, should I write 24m or 25m for the episode length?

00-29 -> round down (50%)
30-59 -> round up (50%)
