Whenever I (attempt) to request a change to a series information, I get the following error:
ERROR: 3 - illegal format of animenfo url
I have not touched the AnimeNFO URL which was previously on the page, so I don't understand this error - also I have tried altering the URL a little ( like just having the AnimeNFO ID ) and it didn't like that.
So in addition to a bug report, could I request an example of a CORRECT animenfo url?

error on edit with old animenfoids [FIXED?]

I had this one too, it's somewhat annoying :/
The animenfo-URLs have a new format since some weeks, so instead of the old
http://www.animenfo.com/anime.php?id=856 (still working)
we have
http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,856, ... obits.html
I have absolutely no idea what these additional letters are used for, but well, to stay compatible with animenfo even if they ever decide to take down the first (number only-) method, all new (and newly edited) animenfo-URLs have to have the new style.
ATM it's still easy. Just follow the old animenfo-link to get the new one

I don't know it, but I tried a manual binary search ^^;exp wrote:however to fix it i'd need to know the animenfo id of the last
anime which is still accessible via the old url format.
does someone remember when (animewise) they changed?
1185 is the last anime that works with http://www.animenfo.com/anime.php?id=Number.
