where can i find out which group subbed what

at the bottom it has a promo for bakuretsu tenshi, but where do i find out what group subbed this adn where can i find torrents for this, i know up above it has group info for the diferent groups which subbed this anime, but do you think if i went to their pages they might also have the opening and the promo which is mentioned dopwn below or what ??

either way im stuck as to how to go about looking for just those bottom two, can someone help please

Just expand the entry with that + you have at the side of "T1 Promo".
The column "by" shows who subbed such file.
The other we can't help... read rules!
