vote problem

Hi.

I'm new here so please forgive me if this has been asked before but anyway here goes.

I would like to change my voting method from the 10 level one to the 19 level one (eg: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc)

I read via the help document that you can do this in your profile but I have gone through it several times now and still cannot work out how to do this. Please can anyone help me.

under Layout Options: the 3rd option from the bottom:

Show fine grained vote options:

check the box behind it and click "change lay options"

and thats it
