I didn't really understand it.
I need to go one by one and the episodes to my list?
there aren't any shortcuts?

Yes, two shortcuts.

First (and prefered) is if you still have the actual files for the anime use an anidb client to hash the files and automatically add them to your list.
Second is use a js bookmark thingy to add all generics for an anime to you list.

Feel free to ask further questions here, on IRC, or on the wiki talkpages, but I suggest you actually have a bit of an experiment first.
