Adding an episode to a group

I'm part of a new subbing group, called Kancho-Fansubs. We just released the sub for the promo for Tsubasa. How am I able to relate that Promo to Koncho-Fansubs, so that if I go to Koncho-Fansubs' group page, it would show that file under that page. When I added the file to the page, I only added the short name, was I supposed to add in the long name as well, or what.

The database isn't being updated real time, you have to wait until the next DB update to see the animes/files displayed in the group page.

If you look at the group page now, you'll see that the anime is also there.
