A literal translation would be: "Shrine maidens of the tenth lunar month." or "Shrine maidens of the tenth moon(cycle)."
"Godless moon" is just wrong as a translation, imo.
"Kannazuki" is the tenth month of the lunar calendar in Japan, which mostly overlaps with the 11th month of our Gregorian calendar (November). It is called the "Month without Gods" because this is the time when all the Shinto gods would gather at the Izumo Oyashiro shrine for their annual meeting, so at this time there were no gods present in the rest of the country. Not surprisingly, in Izumo this month is actually called the "Month with Gods" (神有月 - Kamiarizuki).

Uhmm, it takes ages to load that thing and it wasn't even necessary, you can simply have a look here on the official Kannazuki site, no need to scan anything. ^_^;
Anyways, it says "Destiny of Shrine Maiden" below the Japanese title on the DVDs. But as said earlier, that's not a translation of the Japanese title, but an English title the author thought appropriate ('Kannazuki' or 'tenth lunar month' doesn't really make much sense to English people). Also, in proper English it should be "Destiny of the Shrine Maiden(s)".
