Awards

Post by RedSaint »

I just recently added my first 3 files to Anidb during the past few days, and I was going through MyList to get the satisfaction of seeing the added files (call me weird :) ), I noticed down in the left corner a box, where in I saw a thing called "Awards".
What is awards? how many are there, which ones, and what do you have to do to get one, or more if possible?

At the moment, I don't think this feature has been implemented yet.

Oh, it is .. but the only award to be given is the 'Most files in Mylist' award, and that one is already taken. It was a nice idea, but nobody`s ever done anything with it though, so it`s kinda ... useless :)

Instead of awards, there should be a ranking system instead. I would like to know where I stand compared to others, and on which front. Let's say i've added like 5 total animes alone, and have only watched 2 percent of the whole Anidb database, and another have not added a single file, and have watched like 10% of the Anidb database, I should be measured on the added files as well and be granted a title that shows i'm like a "fileadding Otaku" or something, while the other person is like a "leeching Regular" or something like that - that would be fun, or at least more interesting and usefull imo :)

usefull ?? well let me doubt it! ;)

A way of showing those infos could be through the userlist... but hiding what people want hidden!
