i think a single number is a bit... "lame"
how about being able to vote for different stuff like : Graphics, Story, humor, and the like?
The number displayed in the !anime (bla) should then be the average number. sounds good?

well,
i planned to implement two entirely different ways of voting.
the one which is implemented now (for animes and groups).
it's a quick way to vote, with one single number.
the second feature will be a way to write comments/reviews for
animes/groups with some more fancy way of voting.
both will coexist. maybe i'll display both ratings @ !anime cmd @ chii.
the point is that i think it's better to offer an easy way of voting too, otherwise most ppl will never vote.
the advanced voting will require u to write some lines of text too.
only voting will not be permitted.
it'll have some resemblance to the animenfo reviews.
however i dunno when i get the time to implement the comment/review stuff.

Or perhaps just exclude people from voting until they`ve added all the eps to their MyList, that makes re-voting obsolete (cool, I never thought I`d actually use that word .. now, what did it mean again 
)
Anyway, I think it`s a good idea to have votes like in AnimeNfo, with expanding reviews for graphics, sound etc. When I have the time I`ll write a few reviews, just like I did for AnimeNfo.

i think we'll have very few reviews and restricting the ppl who may add those to the ones which have all eps in their mylist (and maybe even requre those eps to be marked seen) would restrict the number of ppl who would be allowed to review the anime to such a low number that there would be even fewer reviews => request DENIED.
