Weighted Search for Temp/Votes?

On some animes. there is a error because the Temp. Votes system was not allways avaiable, so there are some temp and some non-temp ratings, even when the anime is not finished

so i like to search in both Votes and because on some animes there is a huge gap between the two ratings and also a big gap between the number of votes, it would be good to have it weighted

say a anime has a temp Vote from 5 users with a 6 and 300 users says its a 8, so the 6 user should not have the same weight als the 300, thats the cause why i would like to have it weighted by user

is this possible to make somehow?

or does anybody have a list with links to the animes which have for example over 8 or 8.1 Votes?

There was a bug that allowed these votes to happen. This bug was patched, so no new votes of these should be added. There were still some existing votes, but most of these will allow voting to happen soon anyway and it would be a big pain to go into the database and to try to clean these up, so they were left as is.
