I watched a series a long time ago, about a guy who moves to a new city and goes to school there. The series is esentially about fighting and it has a lot of comedy in it. He got his hair dyed golden for the first day at school and immeditly meets his new nemesis/rival with hair that sticks straight up (he calls him broomhead, or something) and they fight each other and other people at the school.
