List of deleted DB entries?

Is there a list of all DB entries that were deleted, and why they were removed? I think people should know why the anime they are trying to add has been removed from the DB instead of getting

ERROR: 12 - there exists another anime with this title. Each title can only be added once!

even though there's no such anime in the animelist, and then, when they try to see that "another anime":

ERROR: unknown anime id
this entry may have been deleted from the database.

The title is Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters - supposedly 12 eps long (Cartoon World has released the first 2). Link for the deleted entry

IIRC this is actually a random feature.
Readding a deleted anime is supposed to work without any errors.
