brace yourself, this is a hard one:
a cliffhanger icon which is displayed on the anime page (like the recap icon) beside the episode and shows that this episode is a cliffhanger and that it should better not be watched untill you have the next ep.

The meaning I'm expressing with this is that this episode is too tied to the next. Thats why I've used links. Color can be changed to whatever we need (yellow, white, red...)

Looks good, still I have a suggestion for it:
What about making the rightmost part of it either disappear/cut off or arrow-like to strengthen the impression of "linked to next ep".

I was thinking this one for cliffhanger, but it would probably look better as an icon for corrupt files or something

Hmm, after seeing the new

icon in action, I think DonGate was right. If it were to appear close to the + buttons, it'd work. But where it is now it looks too orange.

How about this instead?
