Fooly Cooly should be the official english title not a synonym.

Also, about the episode titles. someone listed the romaji title in the english field and the official english title in () in the english field after the romaji should this be fixed?

Depends how much the 'official' episode titles suck, generally. Oh, and eng dvds have 'FLCL' on the front, I'd say that's the title all round.
