I agree with most of those, but Evangelion X and Oman need to stay there, yeah, they're fan productions, but that shouldn't disqualify them from being anime. It's japanese media, and its produced for the japanese, it shouldn't matter that it doesn't have corporate backing.

based on our own definition of anime:
So what is an anime?
An anime is an animated, professionally produced, feature film created by a Japanese company for the Japanese market.
those 2 are not and imho thats right. fanproductions aka doujinshi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doujinshi) are no anime.

@ DarkStar723:
The key words there are professionally produced not corporate backing as you have inferred. For instance, Hoshi no Koe wasn't produced by a big old corporate house, but it's still allowed - and I'm sure most if not all people in the db agree that for a one man job, it's professionally done. If we allowed unprofessional, amatuer works into the db, we would have a whole load of works that would clutter up the db.

Der Idiot, you should keep visible the list of unwanted Studios, because they might produce new releases in the future.

Well, then how do you define professionally produced? If its by skill level, i watched evangelion X, and it definitely looks professionally produced. So, if you dont define professional by corporate backing, what is it?

Is this considered an anime? It's made in Korea, according the description. The homepage of this is also Korean I believe.
