AniDB nice 4 leechers or collectors -> nice 4 Teams too

Did you noticed that every team on this planet are making 4* more they'd do if they sticked together : wich part of the work ? timing, spell checking, video encoding.
What does AniDB gotta do with this ? Used as a platform for team members to exchange privately or publicly soft or hardsub files with other individuals or teams to translate them and then, make some grouped timing, checking and video encoding! That's what it's all about.

i chose anidb because you show worldwide fansubbing teams releases ill have a try there after subscription and so on

Anyway, yes, fansubbers area lot like toddlers. They haven't learnt to share with others properly, frequently throw tantrums, generally respond to criticism by either flailing their arms around or sulking, and spend most of their time charging into furniture rather than sitting quietly in the corner with their crayons.
