I recently downloaded Planetes and video works with BS Player, but I have no subtitles... and the Video Does not work with VLC media player.. I realize it is a matroska file and I've got the decrypter, but I din'dt think that mattered with subtitles. i was wondering what to do..cause i wants to watch!

Kinda of topic..., but anyway:
http://www.cccp-project.net/

Make sure to uninstall any installed codecpacks and DirectShow players (BS player, but not VLC) and reboot your computer BEFORE installing CCCP.

CCCP have everything needed for playback (including BS player).

You know that VLC do not automatically show the subtitles...you have to switch them on for each time you start the video.
