I think it would be nice to rate all selected animes in mylist.
eg.
[rate all selected animes] [5] [Submit]
or
[rate all (already rated) selected animes] [+0.5] [Submit]

The last one would be useful if for example you have already 10-rated animes in your mylist, but then you see an anime which you think is even better than your already 10-rated animes and with this feature you can downrate all your other animes by 0.5 (or 1) and rate the new anime with 10.

Or one could implement something that allows users to order all watched anime from best to worst and have the server evenly distribute the votes on a given range.

Already been discussed to some extent. A user interface for this would be difficult, and most people probably wouldn't use it.
