[REQ] Hide foreign titles on anime page (Enhancement)

Able to add atleast one more title language for the anime besides the original one.
example: I could set it to view both original & english anime title.

yeah i mentioned that several times already. it needs to emulate the old behaviour at the very least which means
romaji (main title), jap kanji + language of choice (usually english)
possible even up to 5 different languages imho. that should be enough for everyone.

well, we could just use the existing language preferences from the profile and add one more option "hide anime titles which do not match my language preferences on anime page".
