HaruhiStyleX skin isnt working right

HaruhiStyleX skin has a problem with the menu anything from "latest" and above it is not clickable if you go over anything from that range the menu disappears it only appears if you put your mouse over anything below "latest"

im using firefox 2.0 with windows xp service pack 2

same bug in Opera 9.21 (resolution 1024x768)
looks like area where menu must popup shifted down by about 90 pixels
at this picture

menu pops up, if i place cursor over the area, shown approximately on this picture (filled with transparent green)
