CHII: Change in Vote Reply [DENIED]

I think it would be good if the reply of Chii is changed for voting, IE:

changing in:

|22:38:25| <Chii[AR]> VOTE: Pokemon: voted: 5 - Decent (neither bad nor good)

Reason: Simple, so people will realise that the score really means something
