I prefer the ed2k links without the [anidb] tag.
anime-episode[group] thats all what is needed.
Most of the ed2k links are provided by users and not by anidb itself. Filenames are just too long nowadays
offtopic: anidb is really great. i like it!
Remove [anidb] tag [DENIED]

I think the tag is a good way to become better known. To me, it's normal to change *every* filename, thus, I'm not bothered by this
But maybe someday a client-software can change all the ep-names o whatever you want
(I imagine something like [url=anta://baka!]"click here to rename all the anime-files on your harddrives according to the template given (will take some time!)"[/url])

hmmm,
that is actually quite a good idea.
Plz. make a seperate feature request post for this in the AniDB client forum!
i.e. think about ppl who downloaded the ryt files but someone renamed them and removed group tags or the names are for some other reason broken.
now the person could select a way of naming the files and select a directory.
the anidb client could then compare the ed2k hashes of all files with the anidb and if the hash is known to the anidb it could rename the anime file on the users hdd.
actually that could be quite usefull )
