Some files have karaoke, some don't. Some files have endings, some don't. It would be nice to add a kind of information about it.
My solution:
The new field with four values.
1-unknown
2-karaoke
3-complete
4-cut
This value is also displayed as an icon.

Since most people will forget to add these descriptions, you should consider placing a short note below the appropriate form field. Sort of a quick questionnaire: "Is there anything special about the file? Has it been edited? Has the intro/outro been changed or removed?"
A separate flag would still be useful, tho a combined "original" flag should do the trick. A file is original if it was not modified from it's source, except of parts unrelated to the anime being removed and credits and subtitles added. A TV-capture that includes the source's intro/outro but was edited to remove an ad block is still "original", for example.
