Notif on changing titles of anime, etc... [OLDREQ]

Like I said before, I chose in mylish English titles.

And the problem is: sometimes they are changing.

For example, my favorite KGNE (Kimi ga Nozomu Eien) some time ago was "The Eternity You Wish For", but today I suddenly saw it in the "r" letter as "Rumbling Hearts". I am not against changes but I want to have a notify about something like this.

For someone who use official titles it's not the big problem: they change not so often.

I remember that for some time, I was using the "official (other)", but it was a mix of German, French, Italian and other languages, so I decided to switch to English.

It's not the matter. I am speaking about notifying on some changes not in files for the anime, but for the anime options.

For example, changing of official title (example with KGNE in my first post), changing of jenre, etc.
