[Chii] !addfiler with state [TRACKED]

One major drawback with using !addfile is you can't say which state the file is in when you add it, you have to do that later...
Could you please add a [hdd/cd/shared/deleted] part to this command?

ie,
ADDFILE: usage: !addfile <fid> [state], !addfile <anime> <epnumber> [<group>] [w] [state], !addfile <ed2k link> [w] [state], !addfile last [w] [state]

Note that the original help message for !addfile is wrong for the "!addfile <fid>", it doesn't include that you can use [w] with that command syntax.
