ERROR: 23 - illegal resolution : width

I have an anime that has a resolution of 1280 x 720

VIDEO: [XVID] 1280x720 24bpp 23.976 fps 3294.8 kbps (402.2 kbyte/s)

Please increase The Limits

I suspect it may the the number of char in the field.....

No, it's a system limit of 1024. Compare:
