Show total count of reviews and votes in !stats [TRACKED]

That's it, just a
STATS: 7XX animes, 8XXX eps, 12XXX files (23XX GB), 3XX groups, 19XX users, XX reviews, XXXX votes and X open change requests in DB (!creq for more).
