[cgi] Increase maxlen in title-box at mass-add page [DONE]

I have seen some Anime episodes with titles longer than 50 chars. I suggest 100 might be a good cutoff or 255 (as this might be the max value the DB-field can store).

PS: The DB seems to handle more than 50 chars without any problem, as I could add the rest of the title via "edit episode" and it displays correctly.
