If it makes you feel any better, I've worked what the source of your confusion over the placement of noscript was, and it's quite an excusable mistake, given this: the noframes element must only appear a frameset.
Nah, no excuses needed, it's ok. If I wouldn't make a mistake once about every decade, I'd get megalomaniac... and that's not such a good thing after all, yanno.
