Add firefox/opera-compatible link to rss-feed [DONE]

When the following line is added to the <head> of the pages:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="AniDB RDF" href="http://anidb.ath.cx/anidb.rdf">

Both Firefox and Opera show special links to the RSS-feed. (Firefox shows an icon in the lower right, Opera shows an entry in Navigation->Site Navigation->Newsfeed)

Some external programs might aswell use that hint (so that one wouldn't have to know the exact URL), but I'm not sure about that ^^;
