A flag to enable mods/admins to disable "final vote" for animes that aren't even out(or ongoing).
the advent of hype-voters is boicotting the voting system.
a couple minutes ago Silver had to reset the votes on a FF movie that isn't even out because it was in the #1 position with 9.35 points........
considering that this is repeating more and more i'll say this flag is at hand.

A flag would require maintenance; this makes it unreliable and a new pain for moderators.
Much better would be simple heuristics to determine by the episode count, episode entries and airing dates/files whether an anime has started and whether it has finished. What to do with this information should be obvious.
