concerning the manual specification of file resolutions.
it has been found in the past that this is not usefull.
most ppl would be to lazy to use it and there is no real gain
for the anidb users in seeing the *exact* resolution of every
file.
instead it has become common practice to select the resolution
which comes closest to the one of the file you want to add.
and if the distance between the resolution of the file and the nearest resolution in the db is too large ppl can always request a new resolution to be added, like u just did.
