Changing the quality for an entire series [DENIED]

You see quite often people who vote 'very high quality'. Now I don`t mind if it`s indeed an excellent quality DVDrip, or a sugoi DTV fansub, but I can`t understand why anyone would make DNA^2, slayers or MKR 'very high quality', since those series are old and even if the rip is excellent done, the anime on the DVD itself isn`t of a very high standard.

So, is it possible (perhaps only for mods) to change that into another quality/group ?
You don`t want to change all the quality since there is probably more than 1 group listed, but just for that one group. That way there`s also no quality change when someone else adds it with a different quality, even though the group hasn`t imcreased/decreased the quality.

there is no easy way to implement it.
and i am not sure if it would be worth the effort.
