[Chii] Mystats last updated time [TRACKED]

Could you add a line with when the stats were last updated please?

Ie,

Last updated: 2003-06-23 23:11

or even

Last updated: 23:11

hm, i guess something like that could be added, but where?
i mean which command should reply with that info?
chii already has some probs with too long replies, so in some there simply isn't any more space left

Hmm, when I thought it could be added for Chii too I figured it'd be useful in the !mystats command.

What about the !stats command? It`s not too long, and it`s supposed to keep info about this kind of stuff anyway.
