[ADD][MISC] Subtitles language [OLD REQ]

Please add portuguese sub lang to the list. Lusotakus are a portuguese group and they are starting to release..Up until now you only have "Wolf's Rain" release in the database but I can assure there are more files already released..
That's I a ask you to add "Portuguese" to the sub lang options and a cute little flag too
