CGI: unmasked "-marks cause creq-problems [FIXED]

Some eps, like the ones from Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar, contain quotation-marks. When editing those, the "-marks are put unmasked into the page, resulting in:
<input [...] value="this is a "test"">

The browser will thus (of course) show a truncated (or empty) episode-title.

Btw, there's a similar (minor) problem for messages:

"-marks in message-titles are left unmasked (which causes truncated title's in a reply's <input>)

In the message-body, the <textarea> is of course not affected, but somehow the "-mark is transformed to an "&" o_O
